General
Process

PAYMENT

  • Payment will be through PayPal Invoices.

  • Prices are determined on what the client requests of the commission.

  • Payments are requested to be all upfront or with the half/half method.

  • I will only start the commission process once I receive at least half the payment upfront.

  • Refunds may be requested at any stage but the refund amount will be determined on the stage of the commission.

  • If the commission takes longer than 2 months, a refund may be requested.

  • No refunds if the commission has been complete.

Work Process

  • Workdays: Monday ~ Friday

  • Commissions will start off with a sketch of the client's character. The Client may request any major changes during this stage.

  • The client will be updated every day I work on their commission and will be updated as a "Checkpoint". During this time, minor adjustments may be requested. Large changes will require additional charge to the price.

  • Once the client gives an "OK" to each checkpoint, I will proceed to the next stage.

  • When the commission is complete, the client will receive jpeg and png files and any other variations.

In terms of tone, I like to message casually, including the use of emotes! If you would like to be more formal in emails, I will try to follow the tone of the client!

Terms of Services

General

  • The artist hereby sells or transfers the commission to the client at the agreed value written in the commission agreement prior to the start of work.

  • By ordering a commission you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • The artist retains the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time.

Payment

  • Full payments of the commission must be made prior to the start of work. Alternatively, payments may be paid in installments with 50% upfront and the other 50% at the end. In the event of payment installments (e.g. 50% up-front), ownership of the artwork will only pass from the artist to the client after the receipt of the full price. The (full resolution) commission will be withheld from the client until the agreed payment amount has been received by the artist.

  • Payment method is determined and agreed upon prior to the start of work. Payments will be made through PayPal’s via invoice.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have converted currencies based on current exchange rates.

Commission Description

  • The client must provide and specify the content of their commission request. A complex commission will incur additional fees defined and agreed between the artist and client. The client may request the size of the commission (e.g. if the artwork is for a banner, specific dimensions may be requested).

Subject Restrictions

  • The artist will not reproduce a copyrighted or trademarked image or character without expressed permission of its copyright or trademark owner.

  • The artist will not draw any subjects related to, severe not safe for work subjects, gore, or offensive materials, determined by the artist.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • The client may cancel the commission request at any time, however, refund percentages will be determined by the stage of the commission by the artist. Stage 1: Sketch – 50% of the payment is non-refundable (if the commission is only a sketch, a refund may not be requested). Stage 2: Color – 75% of the payment is non-refundable. Stage 3: Completed Artwork – 100% of the payment is non-refundable.

  • The artist has the right to cancel a commission request due to rude/inappropriate behavior, poor communication, or breach of these Terms of Services. In the event of cancellation from the artist, a refund may be requested, determined by the stage of the commission by the artist as mentioned above.

Artist's Rights

The artist has the right to:

  • Decline any commission request without needing to explain the reason.

  • Determine the priority of each commission request. Commissions that reach the following components are placed as higher priority than other offers which include artist’s skill level, availability, flexibility of deadlines, subject matter, pricing, and duration of work.

  • The Artist may have access to photograph or share the Commission at no expense to the Client and upon reasonable notice to Client.

  • Cancel a commission request due to rude/inappropriate behavior, poor communication, or a breach of these Terms of Services.

  • Retain all rights to the commission, which includes but not limited to: distribution, reproduction, use of the commission for artist promotion (e.g. posting on social media).

Client's Rights

The client has the right to:

  • Request a deadline for the commission unless the requested deadline is under two weeks prior to the commission request.

  • Request a preview of the commission at any time during the creation process.

  • Request changes to the commission during the sketch stage, but not during the coloring and completed stage, unless the client is willing to pay for additional charges.

  • Cancel a commission request and request a refund at any time, however, refund percentage will be determined by the stage of the commission by the artist. The client does NOT have the right to:

  • Modify the artwork without the artist's permission.

  • Use the artist's name or misuse the commission which would discredit the artist.

  • Incorporate the commission in another work of art (or another artist's commission).

  • Use or submit a commission to any kind of online or offline competition

  • Resell or use the commission for commercial purposes.

  • Use the commission for any AI or deep/machine learning tools.

  • Personality: Stoic, Only shows interest if he can gain something out of it. This is an exception with his wife and kids.

Short Description:
- Sadistic Vigil Lieutenant who turned down Warmaster rank because he wanted a more flexible lifestyle. Has some anger issues and is prone to be a little violent to fix his issues. He has put all his points in Strength and Speed (lol). He's average smarts with the exception of Battle Tactics, especially good in combat and can pick up any weapon/combat vehicles easily. More info | Timeline.- Classic, "no relationships guy" until he really fell in love and married his now wife, Caira. Currently runs around with her as Co-Wayfinder around Tyria. (He is now labeled the "Wife-Guy").- Adopted 3 Sylvari saplings, Rosa, Vince, and Laurane.
(Rosa / Laurane belong to Fenrilia.) More about them.
- Semi-adopted Vinca. He's not officially part of the family, but is welcome to join them; a stray cat who keeps coming back (belongs to Kasimova.)- Hobbies include tending to his toxic spores/thistles in his small greenhouse, sparring, and smoking.
Routinely enjoys cleaning, working out, and training (all forms of meditation to him).

Extra

  • Willbender flames make him naturally warm. His body temperature changes depending on his mood. He can be a walking furnace.

  • Sylvari body has no heartbeat, but he has an equivalent of one by his heat pulsing at a beat, from the center of his chest.

  • Sensitive to smell. Can be picky about it. Enjoys Aromatherapy

  • Neat freak. Light sleeper. Needs only 6h of sleep.

  • Grows blueberries under his leaves during the summer. Plucks them out because he finds it annoying.

  • He can handle warm climates (tropical), but cannot handle anything hotter (desert).

  • Makes flower crowns as a calm form of meditation. Weaves his thoughts into it and burns the crown once completed.

  • Instead of weapon swapping, he takes one or two Dreamthistles to grow and change weapons on the fly.

Short Description:
- Originally, he was supposed to be awakened/born without understanding his emotions well. He felt numb in his early life.
He learns he's a masochist the first time he gets hurt, and he mistakes adrenaline for an emotion. Ever since, he keeps putting himself in dangerous situations to 'feel something'. This forced him develop his healing skills (thus he's a great medic).- He often pulls pranks on his brother, Mabaki, in hopes he'll snap and hit him or something.- When he meets Pyrrhus, he's reckless as ever. When they get together, he's told to care for his own health and safety. Pyrrhus helps him get in touch with his feelings and how to navigate them.- He joins the Order of Whispers in order to be with his boyfriend more (who is ranked Captain), unfortunately, he's put away in another division and doesn't get to see Pyrrhus as often lmao, except for when they're together in the Whispers's Base. Even then, Pyrrhus is in the office area while Rhy is in the medic bay.

Extra

  • Left arm is permanently damaged after picking up a cursed Necromancer artifact. It was draining his life force until another Necromancer pulled the magic out of him (albeit forcefully).

  • Scars on his body are those that healed before he was good at healing.

  • Messy lifestyle. Lazy. Sleeps in if he can afford to.

  • Masochist: has an extremely high tolerance for pain. If you want to torture information out of him, good luck!

  • His favorite pets are the Castoran Swiftwing Raptor (Passie) and a Sylvan Hound (Fren).

  • Personality: Calm and calculating. Closed off emotionally and difficult to befriend. Hyperfocuses when looking for clues (in detective mode).

Description:
- College of Synergetics.
Father: Karrl (Peacemaker) | Mother: Sassha (Researcher & Lab Assistant) (deceased).- Great at finding clues and piecing puzzles/circumstances together. This makes him seem off-putting to an average Tyrian (especially when he starts mumbling his thoughts out loud in focus).- He's also good at reading people and figuring out one's habits quickly. The more unpredictable a person is, the more interesting he finds them.- Lover and enjoyer of the arts, not that he makes it, but more as a consumer. He loves written text as primary sources, even better if they are hand written. Anything that is hand-crafted or created by someone intrigues him, as it gives him an intimate insight to that person on how they feel and think.

- Early Life:
Lexx was a driven and motivated as a child, but not passive nor explosive in personality.
During his college days, he had fallen in love with Javik and spent most of his days with him, ntil his mother, Sassha was involved in a lab-accident and passed away. Lexx takes it upon himself to take over his mother's research obsessively. He breaks up with Javik in pursuit of this.- Mid 20s:
This leads to him joining the Inquest (Not because he likes them, but because of their resources), becoming the prototype of an Amalgam, sacrificing his body and health to achieve it. He is not the perfected version of Amalgam and has many defects that ruin his health with overuse of his powers.

- 30s:
He loses his mind (becomes hostile) and escapes the Inquest, but is then captured by the Wizards of the Astral Ward, and is then kept in the Wizard's Tower for a decade. He was kept under watch by the Wizards and only let out for specific missions. He's only freed because of the Commander requesting him to be part of the Pact/Group.- 40s:
After leaving the tower, he reunites with Javik to try and reconcile. They catch up and end up marrying. Lexx is now retired but cannot sit still, so he is now a private detective.

Extra

  • His limbs have been replaced with cybernetics to contain and maintain the flow of mercury through his body.

  • His Cybernetics can overheat and can damage his body.

  • When there's too much mercury interacting with his body, his flesh connected to the Cybernetics turn pink (mercury poisoning).

  • Constantly needs a sort of healing injection to deal with his chronic pain and mercury poisoning.

  • When overloaded with mercury, it can travel to his eyes and make his vision all silver-looking. Mercury can slip out from his limbs and take any shape/form he needs it to be. He can also turn his entire body into mercury if need be (See Amalgam Elite spec from GW2)

  • His Canines are silver and contain a concentrated dose of his elixir for emergencies to combat his mercury poisoning.

  • Goes through an elixir treatment at minimum once a week.

  • Not a morning guy.
